If you want to ask a question to a consultant, especially your previous consultant, in text form, you can use this section. To communicate with the consultant, post your message or question. The consultant will see your question on his panel on his computer or notebook or mobile browser and will respond in the same way. You can view the chat history in your panel on the Frama mobile app / website - text consultation section.
Required tools: No special tools are required except for a computer / mobile phone and internet.
Online consultation
This method is suitable if the consultation requires tools such as video communication between the two parties, a whiteboard, or the ability to share a desktop. In this type of consultation, neither the consultant nor the client need to install any software. To set up a consultation session, the client first pays the consultation fee online through the app or by logging into the Frama website and selecting a consultant, specifying the consultation time and duration, and paying for the consultation online through the Frama payment portal. Then, at the time set for the consultation, they log back into the app or site and click on the flashing button to enter the consultation session. This button is accessible on the home page of the app and site, both for the user and in the app. The consultant also enters the consultation session by clicking on the flashing button in the same way, and both parties will have access to the above-mentioned facilities (whiteboard, etc.). Both parties can also have video communication in this mode.
